Bahamas Tour Week

Daily ocean-side running
While touring my Maddie and Celtic Rathskallion shows, I find that staying in shape is important and fun (plus keeps me on track for my spring/summer triathlon race season).
Daily 1 1/2 hour ocean-side runs combined with power walks plus an hour of a swim workout did the trick during this trip. A 2 hour mountain biking tour one afternoon was also a great way to see some of the island too.
I must say that running in sand compared to snow is a tad more pleasant. :-)

Nothing like outdoor swim training.
